We are seeking qualified, licensed, and insured contractors to bid on the Back Up Generator project. Deadline for Questions 2/19/2025 The project location will be disclosed upon contractor selection -1216 E 1300 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84105. The contractor shall have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial electrical construction and possess a valid license in good standing with the State of Utah. Scope of Work 1. Remove the existing generator and, if necessary, pour a new concrete pad. 2. Install the new generator. 3. Complete all required electrical work to ensure proper installation and functionality. All materials, appliances, and equipment must be purchased and provided by the contractor. Additionally, the Contractor is responsible for demo and disposal of materials.
