For the CDBG Sidewalk Replacement Project will The scope of work is set forth in the attached project specifications, project drawings, and sample contract. This project entails the provision of all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and other incidentals necessary to replace or repair sidewalks, curb, gutter, and handicap access ramps at the locations depicted in the plan view drawings in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Any interpretation or clarification given in accordance with this provision shall be in writing and the City shall distribute it to all known bidders. Only questions answered in writing will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. All questions must be submitted to Lyn Majeski in writing by February 18, 2025, at 12:00 PM local time.
