The City of Largo (“the City”) is seeking the services of a team of professionals with proven experience developing Public Private Partnership (P3) and mixed-use redevelopment competitive solicitation packages on behalf of a Florida municipal government. Proven experience developing any combination of two P3 competitive solicitation packages or land redevelopment solicitation packages in the State of Florida is the minimum qualification for this project. Florida Statutes Section 255.065 and Section 334.30 and City Code of Ordinances Section 2-136. (Publicprivate partnerships (P3)) shall establish the framework for the public-private partnership solicitation. The City of Largo Comprehensive Development Code (CDC) shall establish the framework for the mixed-use redevelopment solicitation.
