Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Cumberland, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Allegany College of Maryland requests proposals to repair and renovate the existing outdoor tennis courts on campus including demolishing the existing tennis courts, disposing of unusable materials, saving and reusing the existing fence, lights and net posts, and repair unsuitable areas of the subsurface. Additionally, the chosen contractor shall install perimeter trench drains, place stone, asphalt, and apply acrylic surface, as well as install new lighting on the section that previously did not have lights. This will be done with the goal to bring the courts up to the standards required by the United States Tennis Association and/or the International Pickleball Federation. Award of the bid will be at a later date after an analysis of all proposals. Allegany College of Maryland reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and request other proposals. Allegany College of Maryland reserves the right to accept any proposal it feels is in the best interest of the college.
