The Bidder (Prime Contractor) shall be currently licensed and hold a certification or registration issued by the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board as a Roofing Contractor or General Contractor in strict accordance with Chapter 489, Florida Statutes. If the awarded contractor is a General Contractor, the roofing work shall be performed by a licensed Roofing Contractor.
