Reference Number 0000385005 Bid Intent Not Available Northwest Florida State College is accepting sealed bids to secure a comprehensive landscape maintenance program and horticultural services for Northwest Florida State College (NWFSC) campuses and centers. This program will meet or exceed a combination of the NWFSC Facilities Management/Grounds standards and the Association of Physical Plant Administrators (APPA).Level 2 standards for upkeep associated with turf grass in irrigated areas, shrub beds, annual flower beds, trees. Question Deadline 05/05/2025 at 4:30 PM CT Questions are submitted online Yes Site Visits NWFSC locations are open to the public. Bidders are invited to visit any of the locations, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., to inspect the spaces and/or verify dimension which may affect the work. No questions will be addressed by College personnel for these visits; any questions will need to be submitted in writing per Section 1.0. By submitting a response, the bidder acknowledges familiarity with the sites, the size and complexity of the project and the scope of work.
