ROJECT DESCRIPTION Work involves construction a new village hall, police department and emergency services building. The approximate size of the new structure is 16,500 square feet and includes an office for village staff, EMS quarters and offices, including an apparatus bay, and police facilities, including a sally port. Included with the space is an ICC 500 compliant storm shelter. Miscellaneous site improvements are included with the project. BID STIPULATIONS A Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable to the Owner, in the amount of 5% of the Base Bid shall accompany the Bid as a guarantee that the bidder, if awarded the contract, will execute the contract and proceed with the work. Bidders are required to complete the bid form provided. Sealed bids must include a bid security and bid form. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality or to accept any bid which in the judgment of the Owner may be most advantageous to them.
