As of July 13, 2021, this project has been awarded to KRB Excavating, Inc. for $11,000.00. No start date as of yet but it will take 45 days to complete the project. The Village of New Baden is seeking sealed bids for the complete demolition of the residential buildings at 304 South 9th Street and removal of debris as specified. This includes all foundations, footings, floors, walls, roof, and other exterior structures. The Village of New Baden reserves the right to waive, or not to waive, any irregularities in the bids and to reject any or all bids. By submitting a bid, the BIDDER represents that he/she has visited the demolition site and has included all material and labor costs associated with the complete demolition of the residence building and removal of all debris as specified, and agrees that their submitted bid will remain valid for a period of sixty (60) days.
