Reference Number 0000376026 Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials and supervision as required to perform water analysis and chemical treatment for the various mechanical systems as specified herein. All systems shall be properly maintained to prevent fouling, scaling, corrosion, solids buildup and any other physical or chemical abnormalities, which would be detrimental to the proper operation and life expectancy of the systems specified herein. All systems shall be maintained in accordance with accepted industry practices and methods, and original equipment manufacturer's recommendations. Contractor shall maintain proper inventory levels of all Treatment Chemicals. Contractor shall apply, maintain and record usage of pesticides for all heating and cooling systems. Contractor shall document and record all pesticide applications in annual report as required by New York State DEC and LISEPA.
