Reference Number 0000378782 Rockland County Facilities Managment is seeking a contractor to perform painting and ceiling tile replacement services in Building F located at 50 Sanatorium Road, Pomona, NY 10970. The scope of work includes painting of 4 starwells located in Building F, including all walls, trim, doors, stairs and railings. Additionally, contractor shall remove and replace 4 ceiling tiles in the stairwell. Contractor shall be resposible to provide all labor, equipment/tools, and supervision to perform these services. The County of Rockland will provide all paint and new ceiling tiles. Prevailing Wages apply. Contractor to begin the work 15 Days ARO.
