Reference Number 0000375982 Jackson County Department of Transportation is requesting bids for screening onsite topsoil to be mixed with sand. Type of Solicitation: Request for Bids (RFB) - It is the intention of Jackson County to competitively award to a qualified company that has demonstrated their ability for comparable work. Resulting Contract Term: Contract must be completed by July 1st 2025. Jackson County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities in bids, proposals, or bidding procedures, and to accept any bid determined by Jackson County to be in the best interests of Jackson County, even though not the lowest bid.
