Southwest Water Authority (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: SWA Contract PP-2024-1, Highway 85 SWPP Relocation. The scope of WORK generally consists of furnishing and installing approximately 4.3 miles of 8 through 2 ASTM D2241 PVC gasketed joint pipe, road crossings; connections to existing pipelines, grouting of abandoned pipelines and other related appurtenances. The Project is a relocation of several areas of pipeline due to construction of Highway 85 near Grassy Butte, North Dakota. The project is located in McKenzie County in North Dakota. Owner anticipates that the Project s total bid price will be approximately $1,500,000. The Project has a Substantial Completion date of November 1, 2025. Each Bid must be accompanied by a separate envelope containing a copy of a current and valid North Dakota Contractor's License issued at least ten (10) days prior to Bid opening, and a Bidder's Bond in a sum equal to five percent (5%) of the full amount of the Bid, executed by the Bidder as Principal and by a Surety, conditioned that if the Principal's Bid is accepted and the Contract awarded to Principal, the Principal, within ten (10) days after notice of award, shall execute a Contract in accordance with the terms of the Bid and a Contractor's Bond as required by law and regulations and determinations of the Southwest Water Authority. Bidders shall submit proof of qualification to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office or designated website.
