Completion Date: Dec. 31, 2026 Water and Wastewater Facilities The scope of work includes furnishing, on a requirements basis, all labor, equipment and materials for the construction individual and community facilities to serve individual home sites. Estimated quantities have been entered into the bid schedule but due to the differing site conditions throughout the reservation the quantities will change based on the need of each location. The contract price shall not exceed $1.5 million per year or $3.0 million for the term. There is no guarantee of a minimum amount of work, but it is estimated to be $500,000 per year. The total contract price will not be increased without prior authorization from the Owner via the change order process. The contract term will extend to December 31, 2026.
