North Pipeline Road Will Be Widened and Realigned Both Horizontally and Vertically. South Pipeline Road Will Be Widened. The Median Island Will Be Removed, and a Traffic Signal With Mast Arms Will Be Installed. The Mainline Will Be Resurfaced Throughout the Project Limits. A Curb and Gutter Closed Drainage System Will Be Installed in Order to Accommodate the Additional Stormwater Runoff From the Widening. All Work is to Be Done in Bay County.
