Physically appraise and provide properties (Attachment A). This is NOT a request for desktop appraisals. Work will include but is not limited to: identifying and cataloging the assets subject to replacement cost analysis, data collection, cost analysis and reporting. The Director of Finance reserves the right to increase, decrease, or delete the quantity of any item and make award in accordance with the availability of funds, up to $25,000.00. Said adjustment, wherein deemed necessary, will be based on the Offer price, at the same terms and conditions. Any loss of anticipated profits or any expense incurred by the Offeror as a result of a change in quantity shall not constitute grounds for equitable adjustment. This will be a three (3) year multi-term contract contingent upon the availability of funds. The Offeror shall provide a phased schedule for all buildings listed in Attachment A by year with each year capped at NTE $25,000.00. The Offeror shall provide the basis for the phasing of the buildings proposed (e.g., Year 1, x number of buildings (list buildings) and total anticipated cost (NTE $25,000); Year 2, x number of buildings (list buildings) and total anticipated cost (NTE $25,000); and Year 3, x number of buildings (list buildings) and total anticipated cost (NTE $25,000).
