Provide new offsite HECO infrastructure along King Street, Alapai Street and Kapiolani Boulevard for the bus charging system at the Alapai Bus Facility. This work is to include the work for placement of HECO facilities on-site the Alapai Bus Facility. 2. Before offering on this work, carefully examine the drawings titled “Alapai Bus Facility Offsite Electrical Improvements” (hereinafter referred to as the “Drawings”) and the site. By submitting a proposal of the work included in this contract, the Contractor shall be deemed to have made such examination and to be familiar with and accept all conditions of the job site. 3. The Drawings note various sizes of equipment as determined for basis of design; the electrical work, however, shall be installed to comply with the equipment furnished by the successful Contractor. Therefore, prior to ordering equipment, Contractor shall examine the Drawings to verify the amount of space allocated for the electrical equipment and to confirm that the materials being proposed will fit within the allotted space. It shall be the Contractor’s responsibility to provide equipment which will fit within the allotted spaces. 4. Obtain and pay for electrical permits, arrange for periodic inspection by local authorities and deliver certificate of final inspection to Officer-in-Charge. 5. Check and test the installation for completeness and functional operation as described by the Drawings and specified herein. Final test shall be in the presence of Officer-inCharge. Contractor shall arrange and pay for all testing costs.
