Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wausau, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Pre-Qualification: Yes 2025 STREET CONSTRUCTION PROJECT "B" Excavation Common 8,000 HMA Pavement 3,200 ton Concrete Curb and Gutter 25,000 l.f. 8"-24" PVC Sanitary Sewer 3,450 l.f. Base Aggregate Dense 4,125 Concrete Sidewalk 36,000 s.f. Storm Sewer 12" - 30" 2,275 l.f. 4"-12" D.I. Watermain 3,700 l.f. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid, as a guarantee that the bidder, if the bid is accepted, will execute and file the proposed contract and bonds within ten days after the awarding of the contract. The City of Wausau reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in bidding, and to award a contract in the best interest of the City of Wausau. A Performance Bond and also a Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the total bid price, together with an executed contract in form prescribed by the City of Wausau will be required of the successful bidder. The letting of the work described herein is subject to provisions of Chapter 62 and 66 of Wisconsin Statutes and by all pertinent sections of the Wausau Municipal Code.
