The Northcentral Technical College District is currently soliciting bids for the replacement of the Building H Roof, at the main campus, located at 1000 West Campus Drive, Wausau, WI 54401. No proposal shall be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 10% of the amount bid, payable to Northcentral Technical College, as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed, and if after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages. All bids submitted must be guaranteed for a period of at least sixty (60) days following the date of bid opening. The Bidder will not be allowed extra compensation for work required by existing conditions for which, through examination of the site, the Bidder could have become informed prior to submitting Bid. Northcentral Technical College reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject all bids. WNAXLP The Owner desires that the Bids from the various Bidders be based on the same criteria without any Bidder taking advantage over another. Therefore, questions regarding conflicts, errors or ambiguities in the Contract Documents will be answered by the Architect and interpretations, corrections and changes of the Bidding Documents will be made by Addendum. C. Any conflicts, errors or ambiguities in the Contract Documents not corrected by Addendum shall be governed by the provisions related to conflicts, as specified in the General/ Supplementary Conditions.
