Site work and paving for a civil project in Fairfield, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a bid guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. A completed Non-Collusion Affidavit and Affidavit of Non-Delinquency of Personal Property Taxes are also required. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity, and a complete listing of all subcontractors to be used. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in with the Equal Employment Opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor's Executive Order of 1972, and Governor's Executive Order 84-9 shall be required. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on public improvements in Butler County and the City of Fairfield, Ohio as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor. Bids must be submitted on the forms in the Contract Documents and other conditions therein described must be met. Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, clearly marked '2025 SOUTH GILMORE (RESOR TO ROUTE 4) PROJECT' on the face of the envelope and display the name and address of the bidder. Each bid must be accompanied by the following completed documents: o Bid Bond (Certified Check or Cashier's Check for ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid submitted unless otherwise specified) o Non-Collusion Affidavit o Affidavit of Non-Delinquency of Personal Property Taxes Bid prices must be firm for a period of ninety (90) days following the bid opening date. The City of Fairfield reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to correct or waive irregularities in bids should it be deemed in the best interest of the City to do so.
