Interior design and furniture specifications. Architectural services required to construct buildings and related site work. Preparation of design and construction documents - plans, specifications, calculations, cost estimates, reports, and project calendar schedules. Provide all required documents to obtain all construction permits. Detailed review of Construction Manager/General Contractor cost estimates, guaranteed maximum price, scope of work, clarifications, and assumptions. The projects shall include non-residential new buildings and additions/alterations to existing nonresidential buildings such as recreational facilities, restroom buildings, picnic pavilions, storage & maintenance facilities, fire stations, and municipal offices. The services under this solicitation includes but are not limited to: Investigation and analysis of existing building envelopes and structures. Field measurement of existing buildings, preparation of drawings and review of record plans. Zoning and building code analysis. Master planning and studies for future building construction projects including drawings, reports, cost estimates and renderings. Provision of special services such as construction cost estimates prepared by a licensed general contractor.
