Wall and Door Replacement Mac Lab. Bid security is required. Bids shall be accompanied by a copy of the Bid Bond issued by a licensed surety or a certified check payable to Lakeshore College. Bid security shall be in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the Bid Sum. All bids must be guaranteed for sixty (60) days after the date of the opening. 7.
