Remodeling of an educational facility in Cleveland, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade educational facility; and one-story above grade educational facility.
Lakeshore College is accepting bids for the ADM2613 CBE Center Remodel and ADM2614 Radiography Remodel. Descriptions, specifications, and electronic format (PDF) bidding documents for the projects are available from Somerville, Inc. Bids must be submitted via email, clearly indicating the specific project in the subject line. If bidding on more than one project, a separate email must be submitted for each. Bid security is required, with bids to be accompanied by a copy of the bid bond issued by a licensed surety or a certified check payable to Lakeshore College in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the bid sum. All bids must be guaranteed for sixty days after the opening date. Lakeshore reserves the right to cancel and/or reject any or all bids not meeting specifications or not considered to be in the best interest of the college. Contract is contingent upon funds availability, budget considerations, and any federal or state public health orders.
