Renovation of an educational facility in Cleveland, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Lakeshore College is accepting bids for the ADM2615 Nierode Building Roof Replacement. Bid documents and specifications are available in electronic format. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid meeting is required for bid consideration, and bids from vendors who do not attend will be rejected. Bids must be submitted via email to the designated address and received by the specified deadline. Bid security in the form of a bid bond or certified check, amounting to at least 5 percent of the bid sum, is required. All bids must be guaranteed for sixty days after the opening date. The College reserves the right to cancel or reject any or all bids not meeting specifications or not considered in the best interest of the College. The contract is contingent on funds availability, budget considerations, and any applicable public health orders. questions regarding conflicts, errors orambiguities in the Contract Documents will be answered by the Architect and interpretations, corrections and changes of the Bidding Documents will be made by Addendum.Bidders shall direct questions, by FAX or email only (Verbal answers are not binding on any party). Use the Bidding Question Form at the end of this Document (or include similarinformation in an email). Send questions to the Architects and Engineers listed in Document 00 01 17 - Project Directory.
