Reference Number 0000287299 The Company to perform as required air duct cleaning for Harvey Shop to the standards of the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA). The general specifications include cleaning of supply air and exhaust air systems (all ducts, baffles, flow controls, elbows, fire dampers, all registers, louvers, dampers, all air handling units, fans and housing, blades and plenums) in the north body shop, south body shop, wood mill, upholstery and the non-revenue areas in Harvey Shop 1138 Bathurst St. Toronto, Ontario MSR 3H2. Throughout the term of the Contract and any warranty period, the Company shall obtain and maintain at their own expense the following insurance in relation to the Work, any services required to be performed by the Company under the Contract Documents, or otherwise, each such policy to be issued by an insurance contractor licensed to carry on the business of issuing such policies in Ontario, and possessing a Best's Financial Strength. Rating of at least B+. 1Comprehensive General Liability Insurance, which shall include, but not limited to: 1 Contractual liability coverage for liability assumed under GC32-INDEMNIFICATION; 22 Products and completed operations coverage; 3 Contingent employer's liability coverage, for any claims that might be brought against the TTC by any employee of the Company; 4 Owner's and Company's protective coverage for all subcontracted operations; 5 Sudden and accidental pollution coverage; 6 Non-owned automobile liability; and 7 Cross liability and severability of interests clause. 8 Such insurance shall provide a combined single limit of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) for any one occurrence or accident for all claims arising out of bodily injury (including death) and damage to the property of others. Such liability insurance shall contain no exclusions in conflict with the character of the Work required to be performed under the Contract and shall include the TTC as an additional insured. 9 Any other valid or collectible insurance available to the TTC shall not apply to any loss until the coverage and limits available under the insurance policies maintained by the Company in accordance with this SC2.1 have been exhausted.
