Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Commercial Point, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
Fire Department Storage Barn for furnishing the labor and material required for construction of a barn to be used for Fire Department storage located at 440 Walker Road, Commercial Point, OH, 43116. The estimated cost of the project is $185,000. Bids received after said time will not be accepted. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Bids are to be submitted on a lump sum basis. No bid will be considered which is greater than twenty percent(20%) of the estimated cost of the project. No bid will be considered unless it is accompanied by a bond for the full amount of the bid or a certified check equal to 10% of the bid to guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into. No bid will be considered unless it is accompanied by a 100%performance bond guaranteeing the faithful performance and payment of all bills and obligations arising under the Contract. No bid may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days after the date of fixed for opening bids. The Board of Township Trustees reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any and all bids, and waive any technical requirements.
