Furnishing Extruded Aluminum Sign Panels. Term of Contract: The term of the Contract to be entered into between the Commission and the successful Bidder shall be effective upon issuance of the Purchase Order and continue for a period of twelve (12) months, but remain in effect until the end of the calendar month in which the term would otherwise expire. Delivery Location: Amherst Maintenance Building Sign Shop - 7800 Oberlin Road, Amherst, Ohio 44001 Located east of Interchange No. 140 at M.P. 141, on the South side of the Ohio Turnpike right of way; approximately one (1) mile north of State Route 113, in Lorain County. The Commission reserves the right to issue Addenda to this Invitation. A copy of each addendum (if any) will be furnished by the Commission to each person who furnishes their email address to purchasing@ohioturnpike.org. The Commission will make every effort to furnish the addendum at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the Opening of Bids, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays. The Bidder shall execute and return with its Bid an acknowledgement of any addendum issued. The Bidder should check the Commission's website, where all addenda are listed. If specified in the notice to bidders, no bid will be considered unless accompanied by a bid guaranty in the proper amount. The bid guaranty may be in the form of a combined bid guaranty/performance bond or certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit and shall be in the amount called for in the notice to bidders. If a Bidder has a question or inquiry concerning the Bidding Documents or concerning any technical requirements relating to the equipment or services to be furnished, inquiry should be made to (purchasing@ohioturnpike.org). The Commission reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive minor technicalities or minor irregularities.
