Proposals will be received by The Trust For Public Land, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation (hereinafter called the "Owner's Representative" or "TPL") Request for Proposal Santa Fe Indian School "water is Life" Design & Engineering Services The Owner, Santa Fe Indian School, Inc., a Section 501(c)(3) nonprofit owned and operated by 19 Pueblos of New Mexico, and TPL are seeking a skilled multidisciplinary Design & Engineering Services Consultant Team ("Consultant Team"; "Consultant"; "Offeror") to design and provide construction oversight to mitigate campus flooding and erosion with an emphasis on the use of landscape features and green infrastructure / stormwater management best management practices. The project site is at Santa Fe Indian School, 1501 Cerrillos Rd, Santa Fe, NM 87505, Santa Fe County, New Mexico. THIS IS A 100% FEDERALLYFUNDED PROJECT for both design and construction. Inquiries regarding the Request for Proposal will be received beginning 12:00 PM, Tuesday, February 11, 2025, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM MT by contacting Heidi Cohen, Associate Director, Community Schoolyards Initiative, via email at heidi.cohen@tpl.org. All email correspondence to include the subject line "SFIS: "Water is Life" then the purpose of the email. To receive the RFP, the potential Offeror must register by providing the following information in their email: company name, company address, contact name, contact telephone number, and email address. Proposals from non-registrants will not be accepted. TPL will issue a written addendum to document all approved changes. No oral response to any question by any Owner's Representative employee or agent shall be binding on Owner or Owner's Representative. Acknowledgement of addenda will be made in the bidding process. Any bid submitted which does not acknowledge the receipt of an addendum will not be considered. Offerors may not withdraw their respective bids for a period of sixty (60) days after bid opening. This RFP is a qualificationsbased procurement of professional services whereby the Offeror's qualifications are evaluated and the most qualified offeror shall be selected, subject to negotiation of fair and reasonable compensation. The lowest fee of any proposal may not necessarily be accepted. Time is of the essence for the design and construction of this project. By submitting his/her/ their proposal, the Consultant acknowledges that the design scope of work will be completed no later than the stated schedule in the RFP with construction close-out scheduled for Fall 2027. Potential Offeror shall make themselves available for a potential interview/ negotiation on March 19-21, 2025, and if selected, the project in-person kick-off meeting on Monday, April 14, 2025. Failure to comply with the requirements in the RFP and to complete and submit all required forms may be cause for disqualification and rejection of the Proposal. Tpl Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Proposals, to Waive Any Informalities, and to Award the Contract in a Manner Deemed in the Best Interests of the Project. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
