The City of Phoenix is seeking contractor(s) for the supply, install, and repair services of restroom partitions and urinal screens. to various City facilities on an "as-needed" basis. Contractor will perform services for citywide departments with service locations within the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. The partitions will be installed to ensure privacy, durability, and functionality in the restrooms. Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision and all other work and materials expressively required under this agreement, or reasonable inferred, whether or not expressly stated herein, necessary for the proper installation of restroom partitions and execution of services. B. Be responsible for the proper protection of all materials and equipment prior to and following their incorporation into the work. 1. Materials and equipment shall be inspected by the Contractor and if found to be damaged or otherwise unsuitable shall be promptly rejected. C. Work must be completed in compliance with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and manufacturer's installation instructions. D. The partitions must meet the required privacy, durability, and aesthetic standards as specified by City authorized representative and in accordance with City Project Specifications. E. Coordinate with other construction activities (e.g., plumbing, electrical work) to ensure proper installation of partitions. F. If requested, provide an accurate and complete record of all work performed including the following: 1. The date and time work begins. 2. Description of the accessories (Manufacturer's Part Number, Catalog Date, List Price, Discount Price) and specific action taken on the installation. 3. Date and time work is completed. G. Response and Installation Time Requirements 1. Installation will be completed within two (2) business days. Installation requiring more than two (2) business days will be brought to the attention of the City authorized representative, including an estimated date/time of completion. H. All materials used must be new, except those materials that are provided to the Contractor, by the City. If additional work is required, Contractor is responsible to get prior authorization. I. Be responsible for any damage during handling & installation. Any damage incurred during shipping will be brought to the attention of the City authorized representative prior to installation. 13 Invitation For Bid #IFB-25-FMD-034 Title: Supply, Install, and Repair Services of Restroom Partitions J. All warranty work shall be completed within twenty-four (24) hours. Contractor shall warranty all installation, shop materials, and accessories for a period of twelve (12) months to include parts and labor, against defects in material and workmanship. A "NO CHARGE" invoice shall be provided for all warranty repairs detailing: failure, possible cause and repairs/replacements made. K. The City shall have the ability to add or subtract facilities or partitions as needed. 3.2. Equipment Needed The pricing schedule attached to this solicitation is a partial list of restroom partitions equipment required. The contractor must be able to provide new parts, replacement parts, installation, and repair services for all of the following and other equipment that the City may add to this list over the course of the contract.
