To construct, furnish, equip and/or acquire a new fine arts center. As of August 20, 2026, the owner has selected a construction manager for the Fine Arts Center. Additional bid packages are planned for January 2027. While a firm construction timeline has not yet been established, construction is not expected to begin prior to first quarter 2027. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The new projects are scheduled to begin planning in January 2026, with a scheduled finish before the 2028-29 school year. Design and construction timelines are unknown at this time.
