Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Arnprior, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project includes scopes of work in three locations within Arnprior. The first being reconstruction of 200m of MacDonald street including sanitary sewer and watermain. This section of MacDonald street intersects Edey street. Reconstruction on Edey street includes 330m of surface work (road surface, base, sidewalk, curbs) as well as 200m of watermain and sanitary sewer replacement. The second work location is the resurfacing of Vancourtland Street from Elgin Street to the North dead end. The third work location is at the intersection of Leo Moskos Street and Baskin Drive. Scope includes the installation of an illuminated pedestrian crossover, sidewalk and relocation of a school zone flasher on Baskin Drive. The reconstruction of Edey Street from Allan Drive to Edward Street and MacDonald Street from Edey Street to 105 MacDonald Street (a distance of 565m), rehabilitation of Vancourtland Street North from Elgin Street northwesterly to the dead end (a distance of 125m) and the construction of a PXO on Baskin Drive at Leo Moskos Street, including grading, granular base, hot mix paving, concrete curb, concrete sidewalk, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, water system, and landscape restoration. The Contractor further agrees that they will deliver the whole of the works completed in accordance with this Agreement within the time stipulated in the Special Provisions - General entitled "Project Schedule & Liquidated Damages". The Contractor agrees that any monies due the Corporation as a result of non-completion of the works within the time stipulated may be deducted from any monies due the Contractor on any account whatsoever. IN CONSIDERATION WHEREOF, Said party of the second part agrees to pay the Contractor for all work done, based on the unit prices of the Tender. This Agreement must inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns of the parties hereto. Acceptance of the Contractor's offer by the Corporation and execution of this Agreement by the Contractor must constitute a legally binding agreement between both parties. Each tender must be accompanied by a certified cheque, money order, bank draft, or bid bond, in the amount equal to or greater than 10% of the amount of the Tender, payable to the Municipality, and it must be as attached as a PDF the tender.
