2025 Street Maintenance Concrete Program SCOPE OF WORK generally consists of curb replacement, sidewalk replacement, curb ramps with truncated domes inlet catch basin repairs/replacement and underdrain. The City of Mason reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with the Contract Documents. The City of Mason reserves the right to add to or to subtract from the contract quantities LAST TIME FOR QUESTIONS to be taken from Contractors is 11:00am, Tuesday, February 25, 2025. Project Contact: Craig Barksdale, Engineering Technician cbarksdale@masonoh.org EACH BIDDER is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security, furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Upon award of the contract, the contractor shall provide a Contract Bond to the City (l00% of the Bid Amount). BIDDERS MUST COMPLY with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Warren County and the City of Mason, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division, (614) 644-2239
