IN PLACE ASPHALT PAVING Project generally comprises to furnish and place approx. 1,768 SY of 9.5mm Superpave (virgin mix), and approx. 1,184 SY of 9.5mm Superpave with 2,952 SY of MPV-600 paving fabric on a Borough owned Basketball Court and Parking Lot. Each bid must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of a certified check, bank check or Bid Bond for 10% of the bid total. EAST PETERSBURG BOROUGH hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any and all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid.
