THE SITE REDEVELOPMENT WORK INCLUDES, BUT NOT LIMITED, TO: Erosion and Sedimentary Controls; Earthwork Cut/Fill; Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer, Waterline Installation; Stormwater Management; Other Utility Trenching; Culvert Replacement/Repair and Asphalt Paving A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the Redevelopment Authority of the County of Westmoreland, negotiable U.S. Government bonds, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the estimated cost of Site Redevelopment Activities: Earthwork, Infrastructure and Utility Work, shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance/payment/maintenance bonds.
