Purchase of Bituminous Plant Mix Material and Stone Aggregate for the Westmoreland County Department of Public Works. sAll bidders are required to periodically visit the County's website for Addenda updates. It is ALL Bidders' responsibility to verify that they have received and reviewed all addenda posted on the County's website before submitting a bid. A certified check or bidders' bond in the amount of ten (10%) of the grand total bid must be enclosed with the Bid Document. Bid Bond of the two lowest bidders will be held until contract is awarded and the successful bidders performance bond and signs contract. All other bid bonds will be returned within fifteen (15) days after opening. The Westmoreland County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids. The Commissioners also reserve the right to approve the sufficiency of any required surety.
