Replacement of Goulds VITX 18HMO 2 stage pump – Size 12x18 ? Direct replacement or equal ? 3,500 GPM @ 11’ TDH, 1200 RPM ? Includes line shafts, column pipe, strainer basket, discharge head, bearings and other components to complete installation ? One pump must remain operable at all times. ? Cost to include any & all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, tools, supplies, appurtenances, mobilization/demobilization, and bonding required to pull and set motors and pumps including startup testing. ? Provide a cost for Mechanical Seal vs. Traditional Packing Design. ? Pump Discharge line changes will not be permitted. ? New pump head must match to existing plumbing. ? The new pump shall fit into the existing wet well without any need for entry to make piping or seating adjustments. ? The complete installation shall be free from excessive vibration, cavitation, noise and oil or water leaks. ? Operation & Maintenance manuals shall be provided to the Owner. ?
