Big Four Storm Outlet The project consists of the replacement of 18" storm sewer on N. Main Avenue near the Big Four Bridge. State of Ohio Prevailing Wage Rates apply. Question Deadline 05/12/2025 at 1:00 PM ET Any and all questions regarding the referenced project must be submitted through electronically. Questions submitted outside of online will not be answered. Substantial completion of the project shall be on or before October 31, 2025. Final completion of the project and readiness for final payment shall be on or before November 14, 2025. Substantial Completion: Two Hundred Fifty Dollars and No Cents ($250.00) per day beyond the substantial completion date. Final Completion: Five Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($500.00) per day beyond the final completion date. The Contractor shall be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rates established by the Department of Industrial Relations of the State of Ohio for Heavy Highway Construction. No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The City of Sidney reserves the right to waive any irregularities, to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract to the bidder deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Sidney.
