Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Sidney, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Each bidder is required to furnish a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security in Bond Form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit, upon request, evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. The owner intends and requires that this project shall be started no earlier than March 9, 2026 and completed no later than November 20, 2026. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and/or all bids.
