Construction Services for Sidewalk Replacement &Associated Repairs Questions regarding this ITB should be submitted via the Procurement Portal on Online. All questions must be received no later than 12:00PM EST on February 21st, 2025,and will be answered via Addendum. SUMMARY: Halifax Health is requesting bid responses from qualified contractors to remove and replace concrete sidewalks, curbs, gutters, curb ramps, driveways and areas of concern that maybe requested by HMC. The work includes traffic control, saw cutting, excavation, backfilling, compaction, installation of root barriers, patching asphalt must match the adjacent to new gutters, clearing, grubbing and installation of ADA Truncated Dome Mats on required areas. The work isto be done throughout the entire main campus and will require a proficient contractor in concrete repairs/ replacement with an understanding of local codes and AHJ requirements. Potential responders are invited to attend an optional Pre-Bid meeting for each location. Additional meeting details, a copy of the associated drawings and plans will be posted on Bonfire. RESPONSES: Contractors with demonstrated expertise on similar projects are invited to submit a bid packet
