The qualified contractor will install 2 separate smoke tight walls to the deck; one with a pair of smoke doors that will include auto operators and badge reader. The second door should include a view window. The construction will include the removal of an exit sign. Construction Services for Life Safety Plan Upgrade - Installation of Fire-Resistant Walls & Doors Halifax Health is requesting bid responses from qualified contractors to install 2 separate smoke tight walls up to the deck. One with a pair of fire-resistant doors that will include auto operators and badge reader. The second door should include a view window. Work will be located at the main campus, 303 N. Clyde Morris Blvd., Daytona Beach, FL 32114. Potential responders are invited to attend an optional Pre-Bid meeting. Questions regarding this ITB should be submitted via the online. All questions must be received no later than 12:00PM EST on March 5th, 2025, and will be answered via Addendum.
