"CDBG Inspection Proposals" are to be sealed and the face of the envelope should be clearly marked "CDBG Inspector/Risk Assessor Inspection Proposals" on the outside. A personal interview may be requested by the City of Arkansas City to be held during the selection processes. The inspector/risk assessor firm will be selected at the next City of Arkansas City commission meeting being held on March 18th. The City of Arkansas City, city commission, will complete its rating that evening and select a firm Evaluation of proposals will be conducted from Tuesday March 18th, 3pm-4pm. If additional information or discussions are needed with any bidders during this window, the bidder(s) will be notified. The selec^on decision for the winning bidder will be made no later than Tuesday March 18th. No^fica^ons to bidders who were not selected will be completed by March 25th. Project Timeline: The timeline for completion of the Project must be done by July 31, 2027. Project planning phase will determine the timeline/schedule for the remaining phases of the project.
