Location of Project: Gloucester's Veterans Service Office 12 Emerson Ave Gloucester. Ma 01930 Strip all layers of existing asphalt shingles to roof decking replace/repair decking as needed. Furnish and install ice and water shield or like product 6 feet up eaves and 3 feet wide on rakes. Furnish and install felt underlayment at all areas not covered by ice and water shield. Furnish and install white F-8" dip edge on all edges of the roof line. Reuse all skylight flashing kits or replace kits if needed. Flash and seal around all existing roof structures, utilities, and penetrations. Furnish and install CertainTeed Landmark shingles color charcoal black. Contractor is responsible for all labor and materials, verify all measurements, all staging and safety equipment, removal of all debris, building permits, fees if needed, and all municipal inspections. If the low quotes is over $25,000 then a 50% payment bond will be required. Project Start Date: Once awarded the schedule will be discussed. OSHA Training is required per M.G.L. c.149 The City reserves the right to reject any and all quotes or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City. The City shall not be responsible for quotes arriving late for any reason.
