Renovation of a municipal facility in Gloucester, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

This project consists of the removal of the existing rubber membrane and insulation board, installation of new 1/2 " insulation board, installation of new white PVC roof membrane, and new flashing. Total roof area approximately 11,000 square feet. The estimated project value is ($200,000).
