Renovation of a municipal facility in Gloucester, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Gloucester hereby solicits quotes from responsive and responsible vendors to remove wall coverings and insulation from exterior walls and install new after contractor sprays in new installation. Project Objective: Remove wall coverings and insulation from exterior walls and install new after insulation contractor sprays in new insulation. All measurements to be verified by contractor. Statement of Work: Remove roughly 250 linear feet of T1-11, miscellaneous window and door trim, and all insulation from exterior walls. After insulation contractor is to return and install roughly 250 linear feet of T1-11, miscellaneous window and door trim, and paint. Paint color to be Sherwin Williams agreeable grey or like product. Site Visit: Upon Request. Contact J.D. Curley if you would like to schedule a site visit.
