A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Flint Housing Commission requests bid proposals for the River Park Renovations ; located in the City of Flint. The work, in general, consist of the complete renovation of 27 vacant apartments, including but not limited to demolition work, rough & finish carpentry work, finish flooring, kitchen cabinets/ countertops, painting, plumbing & electrical work and other renovation work items as required to properly renovate the apartments for occupancy. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount. Bidders shall comply with the Flint Housing Commission's Section 3, MBE and WBE policy. The Housing Commission reserves the right to accept any bids, to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and/or informalities in any bid and to make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Housing Commission.
