A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include removing existing fully adhered singleply roofing membrane. Install a new 80-mil fleece back roofing membrane over 5/8" VSH Cover board. Install new galvanized steel plank grating over roof deck. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required.
