**As of March 25th, 2025, the project was awarded to TAB Construction Company, with an awarded amount of $2,550,547.65.** Project Nos. C-28(588)b 168th Street and Abigail Improvements & C-28(640) 168th Street and Rainwood Road Improvements (Grading, Paving, Storm Sewer, and Erosion Control). Bidders Must Complete All Required Fields. Bids Must Be Electronically Filed on or Before the Bid Closing Date and Time Listed Above. As Evidence of Good Faith in Submitting a Proposal for This Work, the Bidder Must Upload a Copy of a Certified Check or Bid Bond, Made Payable to Douglas County in the Sum of 5% of the Bid. The Original Document Must Be Received by City Clerk Within Seven (7) Business Days of the Closing Date and Time Indicated. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish a Surety Bond in an Amount Equal to 100% of the Contract. The Board of Douglas County Commissioners Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids.
