Site work for a transportation facility in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
The Omaha Airport Authority, Omaha, Nebraska will receive Bids for the project titled PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC SIGNAL. Combined construction will include removal and disposal of traffic signal equipment, electrical, excavation, backfilling, and Miscellaneous Construction Items. Substantial Completion of the project must be completed within the contract times indicated below: Substantial completion of the project must be achieved within 10 (Ten) working days of a start date which shall be identified in the Notice to Proceed letter and which shall be agreed upon between the Owner and the Contractor. A bid bond in the amount of not less than 5% of the total bid is required. The selected contractor will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract. The Omaha Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding process.
