Project Information : 1. Terminal Leg Head and Boot Replacement Engineering - The project includes the fabrication and installation of 7 20,000 bushel per hour bucket elevators by extending trunking through the roof and installing new head sections, drives, boots, belts and cups. The engineering firm would develop a plan to address issues with the aspiration system in the terminal elevator. Additional work would include the determination of the appropriate way to replace the obsolete conveyor belts in the Terminal Elevator basement. The present bucket elevator legs and basement conveyor belts have a capacity of 12,000 bushels per hour. This modernization project will further speed up truck and rail grain unloading, transferring and mixing operations, increase reliability and improve sanitation and safety conditions throughout the terminal elevator. The engineering firm will work with NDM to develop the concept and scope of the project. At present, NDM has a general vision of the overall project. The selected Engineering Firm will coordinate with NDM to finalize the design and scope. 2. A/B Mill Building 9th Floor Addition Project The project includes designing a 9th floor addition for the A/B Mill Building to provide space to replace and/or relocate 2 obsolete air makeup units and multiple bag house filters. This project will allow for additional equipment to be installed on the new 9th floor to allow for future capacity increases on the A, B, & E Milling units. 3. Track 3 Flour Storage and Loadout Project The project includes development of a preliminary concept and design to add additional rail and truck flour loadout bins above our rail track 3. This area is currently used for rail and truck millfeed loadout. 4. Roof Replacement Project The project includes design and bidding of roof replacements of the area over our terminal elevator driveway and our Service Center 1 building. Rejection rights: The ND Mill and Elevator retains the right to reject any or all proposals and re-solicit proposals if such action is deemed to be in the best interest of the ND Mill and Elevator. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
