Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in New Richmond, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project includes the following Work: Adding sidewalk to the north side of Hamilton Street from Sophia Street to Augusta Street. The Contractor will be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rates established by the Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis-Bacon Wages. Attention of the Bidder is called to the various insurance requirements, equal opportunity provisions, and the Buy American provisions. This project is funded through CDBG Allocation Funds. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Bidder must submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. Questions received less than 4 days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
