sealed proposals will be received for: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) - COMPETITIVE CONTRACTING SPECIALIZED LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES The City of Hoboken is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide soliciting proposals for one or more vendor(s) to provide specialized landscape maintenance services including but not limited to maintenance of green infrastructure on public rights-of-way and in resiliency parks, lawn rehabilitation, aeration and seeding, irrigation, and other specific park maintenance tasks. All parks and right-of-way green infrastructure included in the scope of work pursuant to this RFP are publicly accessible that potential vendors are welcome to visit. Vendors are required to comply, where applicable, with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process, the City of Hoboken Chapter 20A Fair and Open Process, and all other applicable laws.
